Four soldiers added to Fort Carson Memorial

Four names were added to The Mountain Post Global War on Terrorism Fallen Soldiers’ Memorial Thursday at Fort Carson. A memorial ceremony was held for the families to commemorate their lost loved ones.

“It’s for the family members to see their loved ones who sacrificed their lives for everything that our country stands for,” said Major Ryan Gonzalves.

SSG Christopher A. Wilbur (2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team), SSG Adam S. Thomas (10th Special Forces Group), MAJ Andrew D. Byers (10th Special Forces Group), and SFC Ryan A. Gloyer (10th Special Forces Group) were all added to the wall.
