CSPD searching for suspects in armed robbery

Police are searching for suspects after an armed robbery in Colorado Springs. It happened around 5 p.m. Sunday at the Sportsman’s Warehouse, located at 555 N. Chelton Road. According to police, two black males, between the ages of 17 and 20, were trying to steal merchandise. When an employee tried to confront them, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and told the employee to back up. The suspects took off in an early 2000’s blue Ford F-250 quad cab truck, police said.
