#PumaFire: 100 acres, 50% contained

Firefighters from multiple agencies are working a forest fire burning 6 miles west of Lake George.

The #PumaFire is burning on U.S. Forest Service land near Eleven Mile State Park. The fire was reported at 4:48 p.m. Sunday.

The fire is estimated to have burned 100 acres and is 50 percent contained.

Officials with the Pike & San Isabel National Forests confirm the fire is human caused.

Nearest homes to the fire about 1/2 mile away and authorities do not believe there is any threat. Forest Service Road #250 and #250a are closed due to the fire.
