Second arrest made in Farnsworth Drive homicide case

A second arrest was made in connection to a murder case out of Colorado Springs.

Teral Lee was arrested Monday, according to police. Lee is charged with being an accessory to the murder of Andrew Swiatek, Jr. He’s also charged with possession of weapons by a previous offender and tampering with evidence.

Malik Lee is charged with first-degree murder in the case.

Swiatek was rushed to the hospital after officers responded to Farnsworth Drive for a report of a shooting on April 15th. Swiatek did not survive.
