City of Fountain placed on Accident Alert

The City of Fountain was placed on Accident Alert at around 1:20 p.m., April 1.

Because of the heavy snowfall and wet, slick roads, the response time from Fountain police will be longer.

The Department asks “If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident and there are no injuries and no suspected alcohol or drug involvement please exchange information with the other party. Within 72 hours you can pick up a cold counter crash report form at the Fountain Police Department, any State Patrol office or online at https:crash.state.co.us.”
