Broadmoor to hold public meeting on master plan for Strawberry Hill property

The Broadmoor will host a public meeting to discuss its master plan for the property at Strawberry Hill, during which members of the public will be have the opportunity to learn more about the plan and provide their input.

Public input was valuable in shaping the terms and conditions that ensure public access to the property, a representative of the Broadmoor said. Several easements and other deed restrictions were recorded on the property by the city of Colorado Springs to ensure access during the land exchange process.

The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Cheyenne Mountain Junior High School at 1200 W. Cheyenne Road.
