Child safety seat being recalled due to danger in a crash

Thorley Industries LLC, the parent company of 4moms is recalling their self installing rear facing infant car seats, which were manufactured from July to October of 2016. The recall is being issued because a certain rivet in the seat can fail preventing a safety hook from engaging on the rear of the seat. This can lead to the seat flying off of the base in the event of a crash.

4moms has committed to notifying owners that could be effected, and will replace the carrier portion of the seat free of charge.

If you believe you may be effected you can find out by calling 1-888-614-6667 or going to 4moms.com/recalls online.
