Sabra Hummus issues voluntary recall

Sabra Dipping Co. has announced a voluntary recall of several of their hummus products due to potential listeria contamination.

Full data of the recall can be found on the US Food and Drug Administration website here and Sabra’s own website here.

Consumers are being told to throw out any of the product with a “Best Before” date up until January 23, 2017. The date should be displayed on the lid of any containers.

Several products are exempt from the recall and include;

– Sabra Organic Hummus

– Sabra Salsa

– Sabra Guacamole

– Sabra Greek Yogurt Dips

Sabra also recalled 30,000 cases of hummus back in April 2015 due to fears of listeria contamination.
