230 soldiers return to Fort Carson

Fort Carson will be welcoming home 230 soldiers at 1 p.m. Thursday at the William Reed Special Events Center. The soldiers are from the 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. They were deployed to Kosovo, where they conducted peace support operations in order to help support public safety and order. Their deployment lasted 9 months.
