The Denver Medical Examiner’s Office has released the name of a man who died after falling 60 feet after last night’s Broncos game. He was Jason Coy, 36.

Denver police say Coy was sitting on a railing when he fell. Witnesses and emergency responders immediately tried to help.

The incident occurred near the north end of the stadium following the Broncos’ game against the Houston Texans.

Stadium Management Company operates the stadium. It released this statement about the incident:

A fan was taken to the hospital after falling over a stairwell railing at Sports Authority Field at Mile High shortly after Monday night’s game. Our thoughts are with the injured fan, and we are in the process of learning more about this incident from the Denver Police Department’s investigation.”
