61st Cavalry Regiment to honor fallen troopers at memorial service

The 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division will hold a memorial service at 10 a.m. Friday for all of the cavalry troopers who died during the squadrons history.

The service will be held at Kit Carson Park.

Current members of the squadron, squadron leadership and area Gold Star Families will be in attendance.

The squadron commander and squadron command sergeant major will speak.
