Springs police search for sex assault suspect

Colorado Springs police are searching for a suspect accused of sexual assault.

Officers were called Thursday morning after a woman said she was sexually assaulted at gunpoint by an acquaintance, later identified as Dywand Datron Julien.

Julien has a warrant out for his arrest on charges of sexual assault and possession of weapons by a previous offender.

Investigators are warning people not to approach him because he is possibly armed.
