Pueblo PD investigates possible shooting on Cypress Street

Police are searching for a possible gunshot victim, after being called to a Minnequa neighborhood home Wednesday night.

Officers responded about 8:30pm, after reports that a person had been shot on the 1,100 block of Cypress Street.

When they arrived, witnesses told them that the victim had already left the scene in a private vehicle.

About twenty minutes later, officers were dispatched to another report of gunshots; this one just a few blocks south on the 1,500 block of Stone Avenue.

It is not known if the two calls were related.

Police have released no other details. We will keep you updated here and on the networks of KRDO as more information becomes available.
