Taken dog returned by CSPD, family thankful for community response
A Colorado Springs family has their dog back after allegedly having him taken from their home.
A family member did confirm that CSPD was able to return the dog early Sunday morning to the family and is grateful for the community’s response in helping find him.
It’s unclear the exact circumstances that surround the alleged dog-napping.
The entire incident was caught on camera.
The video shows a woman getting out of a car and grabbing the dog before driving away in the Deerfield Hills neighborhood.
These pictures are from the family who saw the tape and then shared them on social media.
Their dog, a small Pomeranian named Bear, is very sick, the family said.
KRDO is working on finding out where the dog was found and will update this article with the latest.
