Colorado Springs dognapping caught on cam
A dog is stolen from a front yard in the Deerfield Heights neighborhood, and it was all caught by the homeowners security cameras.
Karina Nichols tells Newschannel 13 that her Pomeranian “Bear” was taken just before 4:00 O’clock Saturday afternoon.
Home surveillance video shows an older model black coupe with a yellow bungee cord on the trunk and no wheel covers pull up to the home.
Moments later, a woman hops out of the passenger side and scoops up the pooch.
Nichols says the dog is very old, and in poor health. She says she is worried for his safety, and is desperate to get him back.
Bear is a small, long-haired Pomeranian, mostly black with a few brown markings.
