Phelps’ retirement brings COS toddler to tears

A Colorado Springs toddler was brought tears after realizing Michael Phelps was done swimming for USA.

Jaeleen Raeann sent KRDO NewsChannel 13 a video of her 3-year-old daughter crying, stating that she missed the 28 Olympic medal winner.

“This was her heartbreaking reaction when she asked if he was swimming, and I told her he wasn’t anymore. She was so hurt. She loves him,” Jaeleen said in the post.

Phelps has announced that this year’s Olympics would be his last year, and this adorable girl was not happy about it.

Hopefully she will find herself another Olympian to raise her spirits.
