Missing Colorado Springs senior found unharmed
A missing, at-risk senior is found safe in Colorado Springs.
On Sunday (08/14) CSPD said, “Based on information provided by the public at approximately 9:16 am the missing adult, Thomas Water, was located unharmed in the 3000 Block of West Uintah St.
