An Amber Alert has been issued for Annalee Keller, 5, who is missing in Fort Collins.

Police say she is described as a white female, with long blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey glittery shirt and and black pants.

Investigators believe Annalee may have been taken by Lauren Perotti-Montgomery, 30. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and brown capri pants and may have been traveling in a white Ford F-150 pick-up truck, with a Colorado license plate: 546984P.

It was last seen heading eastbound towards Weld County.
