Developers clip water line at Powers & Barnes

A waterline was clipped during construction off Powers and Barnes on Tuesday.

According to Colorado Springs Utilities, crews were able to shut off the water quickly and no surrounding customers were impacted.

They are currently trying to decide whether to repair the existing line or replace it entirely with a new one.
