Long-time resident at Pueblo Zoo has important message

message about conservation. zookeepers say keesha.. a golden eagle.. came to the zoo 36 years ago, as a rescue. they’re not exactly sure of the eagle’s age, but say he’s been there longer than any other animal. and as long as he lives there, the zoo hopes to raise awareness about rehabbed birds. he is an advocate for conservation. he was an injured bird when he came here… he had to go through rehab but he cannot fly. he has found a fantastic home here. he would not be able to survive on his own for more information on keesha and the pueblo zoo.. head to krdo.com. storms will end
