Petitioner served summon for refusing to leave COS Wal-Mart

A petitioner refusing to leave a Colorado Springs Walmart on Tuesday was served a summons for Trespass on Private Property.

Jeremy Goodall was given the summon after he refused to leave the store despite verbal warnings from both management and police, the Colorado Springs Police Department says.

Goodall along with two others were collecting signatures outside the store located at 8250 Razorback Road at around 1:24 p.m. When asked to leave by management, the two other petitioners said they would vacate if asked by police. When officers arrived, the two followed orders, but Goodall continued to resist.
