Denver Police looking for motorcyclists who blocked I-25

The Denver Police Department is looking for individual motorcyclists who rode through the metro area Sunday, disrupting traffic at times.

Police say the motorcyclists disregarded traffic laws, compromised public safety and even briefly closed northbound I-25 near University Boulevard.

More than 500 motorcyclists participated in Sunday’s “Kill da Streetz” ride. The ride was organized to raise awareness about motorcyclists.

Anyone with photographs or video of the episode, or who witnessed it and has information is asked to call 720-913-STOP.

A $2,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
