Social media posts about boil order worry Falcon Highlands customers

A post circulated on social mediaTuesdayclaiming that a boil order is in effect for people who get their water from the Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District.

KRDO NewsChannel 13 has received several calls from residents looking for answers after seeing the posts.

OnJuly 24, Falcon Highlands customers were asked to refrain from using their sinks and showers due to lack of water in the district’s tank.

The post circulating online says that due to the loss in water pressure, bacteria may have had the chance develop. It says that as a precautionary measure, residents are being asked to boil all of their water.
