Mayor Suthers gets shooting advice from 2016 U.S. Olympics team member
Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers tested his marksmanship skills at the Olympic Training Center on Tuesday.
Suthers showed off those skills next to 2016 U.S. Olympic team member Sarah Scherer.

He got shooting tips from Scherer as he tried to hit a small bullseye from 33 feet away.
The Mayor explained the difficulties of this sport.
“Especially when you’re standing up and you can feel your breathing. And with every little breath, you’re moving away from the target,” said Mayor Suthers.
Mayor Suthers was presented with a shirt to wear to support the U.S. Olympic shooting team.
He gave Scherer his best wishes for winning the gold in Rio.
