Crash snarls westbound Highway 24 west of Colorado Springs

Colorado State Patrol says an SUV rolled over on Highway 24 west of Colorado Springs, snarling traffic Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened at mile marker 289 at around 4:55 p.m.

State Patrol says a Toyota Tundra with three people inside rolled over. They were taken to Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. Their conditions are not known.

State Patrol says one westbound lane was closed because of the crash, causing long delays for commuters heading west from Colorado Springs to Woodland Park.
