13th COS homicide victim of 2016 identified

The Colorado Springs Police Department released the identity of the city’s 13th homicide for 2016 on Wednesday.

Gary Thomas, 20, was fatally shot in the 2500 Block of South Academy Blvd onJuly 16, 2016.

Anyone with information regarding this homicide investigation is asked to call the Colorado Springs Police Department at719-444-7000
