Pueblo City-County Health Department issues air quality health advisory

We have a Target 13 Health Alert for residents in Pueblo Saturday.

The Pueblo City-County Health Department has issued an air quality health advisory

Because of the Hayden Pass Fire some people may have breathing difficulties, especially for people susceptible to respiratory conditions

In general if you can see or smell smoke, it is recommended that you avoid outdoor physical activities and stay indoors.

Children, elderly, and people with respiratory conditions are most at risk.

Wildfire smoke contains pollutants that can be harmful to health.
