City to host open house on future of Las Vegas Street

Members of the public in Colorado Springs are invited to attend an open house to discuss the future vision for Las Vegas Street Wednesday night.

City leaders say the meeting will allow members of the public to learn more about the project and present any questions to engineers and project members.

The project is designed to help improve safety, functionality, aesthetics and future development of the Las Vegas Corridor.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Hotel Elegante on South Circle Drive.
