2 children killed in I-70 crash in Eagle County
Two children were killed and two other children and a woman were injured in a crash on Interstate 70 in Eagle County on Monday afternoon.
The Vail Daily reports that their sport utility vehicle rolled over while headed east between Eagle and Wolcott. Trooper Nate Reid says the two children who survived and the woman were taken to Vail Valley Medical Center with moderate injuries.
The crash shut down I-70 for about an hour and a half.
