Man found guilty of murdering 87-year-old woman
A Colorado Springs jury handed up a conviction in the murder of 87-year-old Katherine “Kit” Grazioli Tuesday.
Marcus Smith was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Grazioli was killed in a gated community near Fort Carson in November 2011. Her body was later found burning on a dirt road.
