New $13 million farm-inspired Springs restaurant creates 100 jobs

The new restaurant TILL is a 18,000 square foot farm-inspired open kitchen and mercantile restaurant opening June 27 .

The unique restaurant is bringing 100 plus jobs to the community.

“We’re ultimately just watching the employees grow and evolve with us and bringing in future generations. We start with 100 but know it’s going to be able to affect a lot more than that in a positive way,” said Sheamus Feeley, VP and culinary director and executive chef.

With plans to expand to other areas of Colorado, TILL will kick start in Colorado Springs, offering healthy cuisine using thoughtfully and responsibly sourced ingredients, which include locally-sourced ingredients as well.

“We’re not only buying local because a lot of the time it is better but also understanding that it supports our community. It makes it more stable and ultimately its a small town business,” said Feeley.

TILL is located in the Briargate area at 9633 Prominent Point.
