Friday night festival means fun for fans, headaches for drivers
The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Fan Fest will close streets in downtown Colorado Springs tonight.
The festival begins at 5 p.m. and will force the closure of Tejon Street and Bijou Street.
Organizers expect between 30,000 and 40,000 people to attend.
