30 to 40 handguns stolen from suburban Denver gun store

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says 30 to 40 handguns were taken in a smash-and-grab burglary at a suburban Denver gun store early Tuesday.

KMGH-TV reports that the Littleton store’s surveillance system was not working, leaving investigators without a description of the suspect or suspects.

The break-in at Colorado Gun Broker store was at around 3:45 a.m.
