Young driver crashes vehicle into backyard of COS home

A young driver drove into the backyard of a home off the 2500 block of Legend Drive Sunday afternoon.

Police referred to the driver as “inexperienced” and that the driver may have confused the gas and the brake pedals.

No one was injured.

The driver is being charged with careless driving.
