COS police investigating rollover crash

The Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating a vehicle rollover crash that happened on Saturday night.

It was around 11:14 p.m. when police responded to the 4700 block of El Camino Drive.

Police believe the accident began in the Meadowland and Academy area. Two vehicles, a white Toyota and a white Hyundai, ended up near Entrada and El Camino where the driver of the Hyundai crashed.

The driver of the Hyundai, Julie Iams was arrested on multiple charges including careless driving and DUI.

Investigators think speed and alcohol played a factor in the crash.
