Shot fired at Colorado Springs police, suspect sought

One person was arrested and police are searching for another after an overnight robbery and shooting early Saturday morning.

Police responded to a robbery near Fountain Springs Grove Apartments near Fountain and Murray Blvd.

Investigators say two men ran from the scene after the officers arrived.

One man shot at officers before he was caught.

No one was hurt during the shooting.

Police searched for the second suspect in the neighborhoods surrounding the S. Chentlon Rd. and Academy Blvd. intersection, but did not find him.

Police have not released the name of the suspect as he is a juvenile.

A description of the second suspect has not been released.
