Bounty hunter fires shots at Pueblo fugitive

Police are investigating after a bounty hunter fired shots at a wanted fugitive Friday evening.

The incident happened at E 2 nd Street and Hudson, on the city’s east side.

Police say a bounty hunter was trying to apprehend a fugitive, when the person fled.

The bounty hunter took chase and fired three shots at the suspect.

No one was hit, but there was a struggle, and both the suspect and one of the bounty hunters were taken for treatment.

Police have not released the names of anyone involved.
