Man pleads not guilty to trying to kill Springs police officer
A man who is charged with attempted murder of a police officer was in court Wednesday (6/15/16).
Thomas Guolee pleaded not guilty.
Guolee is accused of getting into a shootout with police during a break-in last December.
Guolee has also been linked to the same prison gang as Evan Ebel, the man who investigators believe killed Colorado prisons director Tom Clements.
Guolee was questioned in the Clements case, but never charged.
Jury selection for Guolee’s trial will begin on August 17th.
