Springs police investigate possible kidnapping

Colorado Springs police are investigating reports of a possible kidnapping. It happened around midnight Monday morning.

Police said they received a call from a man, saying he saw two woman kidnapped from the 800 block of Swope Avenue.

The witness told officers he saw the women walking with a man and yelling that they didn’t want to go into his vehicle.

The man got into an argument with the witness, then drove off in an SUV.

The witness described the vehicle as a dark colored, full-sized SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition. The vehicle had tinted windows and stock rims.

It may have had a possible Colorado license plate of RMF075. There was no record on file for that license plate.

Police said they are investigating the incident but have not been able to find any other witnesses. No suspects or victims have been found.
