245 marijuana plants seized from unfinished Pueblo home
A man was arrested and 245 marijuana plants were seized during a drug bust in Pueblo on Monday.
Bradley William Glavin, 30, was arrested after the Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about a possible illegal grow at a home under construction in the 4600 block of Rock Creek Road. When deputies arrived, they found that Glavin was growing marijuana in the foundation of the unfinished home’s basement and in two greenhouses on the property. There were 251 plants and three pounds of dried marijuana discovered.
According to reports, Glavin was living in a trailer on the property and did not have paperwork for the plants. So, detectives confiscated 245 of them as well as the three pounds of dried marijuana, which totaled to be a street value of $247,000. Growing lights were also taken from the home.
By state law, Glavin was able to keep six plants.
He was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture and cultivation of marijuana.
