Crash on I-25 causing major traffic backups

A crash on Interstate 25 had the northbound lane severely backed up Sunday afternoon.

The Colorado State Patrol tweeted at 4:43 p.m. that traffic coming out of El Paso County and Larkspur are most affected and that there are “big time slow downs.”

Try to avoid the area.
