Man in horse mask robs Boulder poker players

Surveillance video from inside a Colorado home shows a man in a horse mask robbing a group of poker players.

A Boulder resident was hosting his weekly poker game for his friends when around 11 p.m. two intruders entered his home.

The home’s surveillance cameras captured one man wearing a horse mask and holding a wooden paddle entering the home. His accomplice armed with a gun was reportedly off-camera yelling at the players to put their hands up.

The man in the horse mask stole around $3,500 from the group of men.

“These guys are idiots. They’re amateurs, not professional robbers by any means,” said David Bayless, homeowner.

The crime has shaken Bayless so much that he has postponed his poker games indefinitely.

Boulder police are asking for the public’s help in finding and catching the suspects. Contact them if you have any helpful information.
