Murder Suspect James Woo booked in El Paso County Jail
James Woo, the man accused of murdering a woman in Colorado Springs, has been booked in the El Paso County jail. He arrived at 1:30 Wednesday morning.
Woo is suspected of killing Julie Tureson, whose body was found inside of a storage unit in Colorado Springs on April 22, 2016.
Woo Fled to Seattle, WA, and tried to flee the country for Hong Kong. Authorities arrested Woo before he got on the flight. He has been staying at King County jail in Washington.
El Paso County detectives say they flew to Seattle to interview and investigate Woo weeks ago while trying to extradite him back to El Paso County.
He faces a first degree murder charge.
