Pueblo man accused of sexually assaulting 3-year-old
Pueblo Police say an investigation that began last fall has resulted in the arrest of a man who is accused of sexually assaulting a toddler.
Kenneth Hernandez, 53, was arrested Saturday. He faces charges for sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust/pattern of abuse.
Police say the victim in this case is 3-years-old, but did not release any other information.
Hernandez was booked into jail on a $100,000 warrant.
