Police: Man tries to run neighbors over during fight

Colorado Springs Police say a man tried to run his neighbors over with a van during a fight Wednesday.

The incident happened at around 11:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Park Lane, which is near S. Nevada Avenue and E. Brookside Street south of downtown.

Police say Vincent Bolin got into an argument with a neighbor. They say he tried to hit the neighbor with a hammer and they began physically fighting.

Police say Bolin then got into a van and tried to run over the man and his girlfriend multiple times. They say he hit two parked vehicles in the process. One of those vehicles was pushed into one of the neighbors, causing minor injuries.

No one was seriously hurt.

Police did not say what charges Bolin is facing.
