Investigation underway after morning fire

Witnesses say the Pueblo Fire Department told them a homeless man is suspected of starting a fire that broke out a the Roadhouse & Grill.

The Fire Department says crews were able to quickly put the flames out.

The fire was reported just before 7 a.m. Tuesday.

The building was abandoned when the fire started, but police say it is frequented by homeless people.

A witness tells KRDO Newschannel 13 that a homeless man was seen entering the building before the fire started. They also say other homeless were in the building when the fire started.

An investigation is underway.

Police have not said if anyone was in custody, or if anyone was hurt.
