Road reopened after crash in Rockrimmon neighborhood

Colorado Springs police say the east and westbound lanes of South Rockrimmon Boulevard are back open from Nora Point to Rim View Drive after a crash.

The crash also caused a power outage in the Rockrimmon neighborhood.

About 576 people were affected by the power outage near Vindicator Drive.
