Springs police investigate rollover crash

Colorado Springs police are investigating the cause of a serious rollover crash.

It happened late Wednesday night near the intersection of Barnes and Peterson Roads.

Investigators say two vehicles were involved in the crash. One driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Peterson Road is currently closed north of Barnes, while major crimes investigates the scene. The area is expected to be reopened by 7 a.m.

No word yet on what caused the accident.
