EPC Sheriff’s Office still looking for missing teen

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 18-year-old Rosella Scott.

She was reported missing on Mar. 17, and was last seen at Mitchell High School around 8:30 a.m. on Mar. 16. She is known to possibly frequent the Citadel Mall area.

Rosella is described as an African American female who is 5’4″ feet tall and weighs approximately 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and white tennis shoes.
