Person injured in Pueblo restaurant fire

The Pueblo Fire Department says a person was taken to the hospital after a fire at Mexi-Deli on E. Abriendo Avenue.

The fire started in the kitchen of the restaurant in the 200 block of E. Abriendo.

Firefighters did not say how serious the victim’s injuries are.

The street in front of the restaurant will be closed until the investigation is wrapped up.
